IP cameras over coax?

Tools to cut, strip, and terminate the coax and a few instructional youtube videos.

That I have. I guess I should have said coax CAMERAS are foreign. Will I be able to set the zoom of the varifocal via coax, without rs485, or will I need to connect that for the initial setup?

Just make sure the tools you have work on RG-59 and BNC connectors and practice a little (on the indoor side of the cable) to get the stripper adjusted just right before you go up the ladder. I don't think you'll need RS495 for anything, but I would do a bench test before the final install.
