IP Dorbell without internet connection

Hi, i'm new on hikvision and generally on ip dorbell. I'm planning to but hikvision ip dorbell DS-KV6113-WPE1 and its indoor station. Hope it is a good choice.
My question is about the functionality if internet connection drop.
Can enabled mifare cards work anyway or these data are stored only in the cloud so cannot work?
About event notifications to smartphone, i suppose they will not works without cloud connection, is it right? The same for open door commands, right?
That is, what works and what cannot works with no internet connection (but staiyng on same lan)?

Was thinking while writing, is hikvision cloud free or i need to pay?

Hikvision makes use off Hikconnect APP android/iphone, its used to receive the incoming call and open door
when internet is down, offcourse your indoor will work, you can also open door from indoor panel, mifare cards are stored locally, no internet needed

if you dont want to use hikconnect, you can also enable SIP on those devices, or integrate with Home Assistant for pure local access
