IP8M-2493E-V2 with firmware V2.800.00AC001.0.R

I would like to downgrade to Amcrest_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_Eng_NP_Stream3_AMCREST_V2.622.00AC000.0.R.210319.bin as this is listed currently on the Amcrest website as the "latest" firmware. When I try through the IP config tool or the website you can't load the firmware and the camera restarts. Does anyone have a suggestion if this can be changed and how?
