I just received my new IPC-A35 from Andy (took less than a week to get it) and have it hooked up to my network and blocked from the internet.
Now I have three questions regarding this camera:
1. I mainly use tinyCam Pro on my phone to view the few cams I have on my network. I can use the ONVIF selection, but it does not recognize the microphone. Has anyone had any luck with this camera and tiny cam pro working together with the microphone?
2. The camera zooms in, but doesn't adjust it's focus once the magnification changes. Looking at the specs, it shows a fixed lens, so I believe this is a digital zoom. Is that correct?
3. Does anyone know the 5v plug dimensions? I want to hide all the wires (going in as a nursery cam) and was thinking about using a POE breakout, but I have concerns that the attic would be too hot in the summer and will probably run a separate LV wires with the Cat 5 cable and ceiling mount it. I think it is 1.35mm x 3.5mm, but wanted to double-check (and didn't see it on the specs or data sheet).
