You give no specifics as to how it would be used and for what? What is the purpose of this camera?
What will it be watching, birds, dogs, cats, people, cars, trolleys?

The NI has a bit better nighttime performance, they are otherwise close.

For me it 100% depends on how much visible light there is to work with (since the NI model doesn't come with any built-in ability to add light to the area, if needed <for better image quality>).
