Thanks to @Wildcat_1 fast support and we make this fw some improvement since 2022. So we recommend you to do some update for these cams.

Does this software also cover the IPC-Color4K-X-3.6MM bullet camera?

4K-X use different firmware, and the firmware camera come with still be the best one, so no need to upgrade.
Attention: This firmware is only for the IPC-Color4K-T (Turret)using.

For the Issue pixel & chip processing issue of the 4K-T , we have another newer firmware to be released very soon, has some good improvement based on the 20220927 version for the pics.
Right now can do the testing, anyone want to try just send me DM.

Recorded my wife coming home in her car and this might have something to do with why I'm not getting any triggers. All triggers set to 10 sensitivity

Can you post it to YouTube or use the Insert Video icon above to embed it here. Many here will not download a video to watch.
 
Are you pulling it from an SD card or BI or NVR?

I have been able to drop mp4 files in the attach video.
 
Ya I dropped it as mp4. I used a capture app to cap the video of the live image on the camera itself. I dont get the trigger lines in BI or SS and I want to see those activate
