IPC-Color4K-T180 IVS setup is broken on MacOS in Chrome/FF/Safari

I tried to configure IVS on IPC-Color4K-T180 (V3.120.0000000.2.R, Build Date: 2022-10-21) using MacOS Chrome/FF/Safari and it's not working, failing after line drawing.
I tested it on Windows and everything is working fine there, so it's definitely something MacOS specific
I suspect it could be a Web 5.0 bug.
Any idea what can be done about this except switching to Windows?
Is anyone else using Web 5.0 on MacOS currently and how IVS setup works on other cameras?

I agree it seems broken but I've never had much luck setting up IVS rules in the browsers. I have successfully configured the IVS rules on this camera and my other thru the Dahua NVR interface and find that to be the best method.
