IPC-HDW4433C-A turns black in NVR when it locks

Hey guys,

I hope someone can help me, I just received the IPC-HDW4433C-A and it works fine, however whenever my Dahua NVR locks the screen turns black, as soon as I log back in to the NVR the image reappears. I do not have this issue with my other Dahua camera's. The only thing different on this camera is that it did not came with the default account admin/admin but some other admin password that was stickered on the box...

Does anyone have a idea what is causing this?

What does "locks" mean with the nvr? I'm not familiar with that.

I think John means after the Auto Logout time.

Goto:
Main menu
System
General.
Look for Auto Logout, click on the Monitor Channel and select channels that you want to monitor and save.

It took me two Saturdays to figure what was going on with the gf's nvr.
