IPC-HDW5231R-Z audio defaults to "ON" after reboot

Scanned the forum and haven't seen anyone else reporting this, but I have an IPC-HDW5231R-Z that I am currently testing that keeps turning audio back on after I disable it and save the settings and reboot. Has anyone else had this issue? It is running the following software:

Software Version2.460.0000.9.R, Build Date: 2017-04-28
WEB Version3.2.1.446895
ONVIF Version2.42

I've not had that issue.
