IPC-HDW5231R-ZE firmware update

folks - i read somewhere that the IPC-HDW5231R-ZE can be used without plugins when going to dahua's settings page in Chrome. I currently run this - 2.800.0000008.0.R, Build Date: 2019-06-19

I looked up the dahua website but can't find this camera so unsure where to download a firmware update from. Appreciate the help

Have a look in the Vendor section, EmpiretechAndy, this is the latest as far as I know

But I can't see a release note. What has been changed in this update? Is it safe to upgrade?
