My IPC-HDW5231R-ZE cameras don't show an audio menu under "Camera" when I connect to them via the web interface. My understanding is that these cameras are supposed to support audio. What am I missing?
UPDATE:
So oddly enough, I have 2 of these cameras and on my second one I do see the audio menu.
