If you're asking about low-light image quality, one way to get an idea is to look at the minimum illumination line on the spec sheet. Lower is better.
.006 Lux = 5231
.005 Lux = 5541
.002 Lux = 5241
So it looks like the 5541 is a smidge better than the 5231, whereas the 5241 beats both.
I haven't seen anyone here do a review of the 5541 yet. Hopefully someone can!
