IPC-HFW4431R-Z Varifocal as number plate camera ?

Ive ordered a new IPC-B5442T-ASE from Andy that will replace my 4431 which covers my driveway, I was thinking I could install the 4431 on the side of the house which is right on the road to capture vehicle plates at night ? Is there any guides of the settings id need to make the plates legible at night ? we have 1 streetlight directly outside the driveway.
