Do you have a power injector or a PoE switch to do some additional diagnostics?

It still under warr?
I have a DC power adapter that fits the camera, but no power injector. So I cannot do diagnostics (since POE and and DC should not be used on the same time).
Camera was bought on 1/2020 from Andy,is it still under warranty (not sure what is the warranty period for new Dahua IPCs)?

You should be able to use your DC pwr supp, and do a direct ethernet connect to a computer. Of course you'd need to modify the computers IP, etc to match the camera's network

Bad cam is 10.1.1.65... so set your PC to 10.1.1.60

I decided i've invested enough time on this, not going to fix the camera.
I have a raspberry pi, in case of a power outage, after it reboots it will check to see if it sees the 2 cameras (it will open a browser to the NVR camera section), if one is missing, it will reboot the NVR once.
For me this is easier than unmounting+mounting the camera and spending a few hours on diagnosing it.
Thank you all for the help, I probably have a faulty camera.
