Seeing live view from NVR and from camera gui should hopefully pinpoint it isn't a setting in the camera but rather an issue somewhere else in your system.

Checked the live view from NVR (connected VGA cable to the NVR).
I see the same issue, though it's harder to notice when not watching frame by frame or in slower speeds.
I have 5442ZE connected to the NVR and covering same area, in the 5442 I don't see this problem (but maybe the position/angle/shadows is the reason).
Spent to much time on this, will keep it as it is.
Wanted to fix this, since I wanted to capture license plates clearly during the day or moving/running objects/people.

Seems same issue as i'm having but much less severe.
I think this is more noticeable with dark cars or big trucks leaving the frame (rear part is usually the issue).

Yep, it’s trailing artifacts. It Shouldn’t be there but fortunately it doesn’t interfere with the image enough to be a dealbreaker.

Like you I don’t see it on 5442s
