you need to zoom in the webinterface of the camera..

even if your aim is overview of your front yard, i would zoom so the roof is not covered. will also help a bit with night view and IR

try smartpss if you have no chance of using IEtab or internet explorer, might be related to edge

i have a ZE on BI with a PC. it will zoom in BI.
Did you let BI do a " find Inspect" to locate the cam at it's IP address?

maybe download G Chrome and get the IE teb.
although I read where Edge has an IE mode....in Windows 11

Yeah I did all that. I can zoom now on the web interface, just not BI.

you have to go to a Solo screen or Full screen in BI to zoom. I think. should see the mouse arrow become a - or + when clicked or held...
