Hi Friends,
I am stuck with a annoying issue. I have an IPCAM Camera type C6F0SgZ3N0P9L2 with firmware V20.1.33.6.28-20191022
Suddenly the camera stopped acceptingand executing PTZ and Zoom Commands. It is fully zoomed in at the moment and I can not convince the camera to do anythingelse.
On powering up, the Camera behaves fine: Moving around and zooming out en in, but once running no joy.
I have looked if there is a setting to change, but I can not find anything. As the camera is quite difficult to reach, I have not yet performed a reset by push button (although I don't even know if there is such a button on this camera).
However I did a command via the webinterface to reset to factory defaults,and that seems to work ok.
Any idea or help is highly appreciated
