ipP2P camera connection

Hi
I am trying to configure my IPcamera. I hav used wired cables to connect the camera to the LAN router. While using the app to view the camera on my phone, at the page where I add camera it is asking for a user name and password.
I keep entering the one on the camera but it says invalid id. Which user name and pasword am I supposed to enter.. Please help and advice.

Your camera came with a username and password written on it??? We've got no way of knowing what camera you're using to be able to help you. I'd start with a very careful reading of the directions that came with it. Normally the initial instructions plus default username and PW are in the docs.
