Irregular recordings with BI

Two of my cameras (A & B) are set up in BI exactly the same. Camera A records video alerts and video clips and Camera B only records alerts as images and no video clips. I've compared both setups in BI and they are the same. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check the folder where the recordings are pointed to, see if there is any video there from the camera that is only showing jpg

Cam B - Multiple wmv 0kb files in the Trigger folder. Multiple bvr videos in the Trigger folder for CamA. I changed the video setting on CamB to Blue Iris Video and that seemed to work. Thanks for your help.
