Was wondering if others have the same problem or can confirm issue?

&ALERT_PATH is supposed to be the path and filename. Example F:\CAMS\Alerts\OFL.20210329_102147.72000.17.24387.jpg

What it is passing is OFL.20210329_102147.72000.17.jpg

Not only is the path missing, but the file name is missing the last 5 digits. I can add the path (see below) but I don't know how to deal with the incorrect filename.

Not the same file, but the raw data that is being sent.

I sent tech support a detailed explanation of the problem and the response was "Forwarding to engineering ". Does that mean it's confirmed, and it's nothing I'm doing wrong?

I think it means Sam doesn’t know and has forwarded it to Ken.
Be patient.
