Can you 'scroll' thru a live cam image. I know that you can do this with a clip.
1) Select a camera
2) Double-click to make image full screen
3) Use mouse wheel to zoom-in
4) Hold Left-mouse-button down and try to drag image in various directions.
This is useful for examining a portion of the image.
This does not work for me however I thought that I was able to do this at one time.

everything except #4. I have to roll back out and back in after moving the mouse on where I want to focus. Been like this for a long while (as I recall)

Yes,
All work for me, including #4.
Also, when performing #4 if I pull to a far corner limit, I can let the left mouse button go, move cursor even further then click and hold button again and pull screen even more.

Here is what I believe is happening. @tng5737 and @area651 have ptz enabled in the camera properties settings and @TonyR does not . When that is enabled you can only digitally zoom and drag when in matrix view (Showing all cams). In single camera view it is expecting ptz inputs.
I tested this by turning off PTZ Controls on one of my cams and am able to now scroll around as I did in the past. Thank you very much!
