Is my WD purple 6tb HD in trouble?

Using CrystalDiskInfo I get a caution as you can see on the attach photo showing Reallocated sectors count above threshold. I looked with WD's Dashboard program and ran a short S.M.A.R.T test and it finds no problems. I have not noticed any problems so far on this drive. Oddly enough my other BI HD is a WD purple 4tb drive and a few times BI has shown an error on all the cameras at once on that drive "Disk can't write fast enough" (BI 5.9.5.3) Since I'm not highly knowledgeable about hard drives I wanted to get your input about this. The 6tb I'm asking about is about 4 years old, the other 4tb is a little over 6 years old.

While I have not had any issues with my WD Purple drives, I have a pair of WD Reds in my NAS that one of them has had warnings. These are in a RAID configuration. It has been like this for several years and I have not had any issues.

While there is no 'Reallocated Sector Count' in the NAS disk health report, I do have errors listed for the 'Current_Pending_Sector' and for 'Uncorrectable_Sector_count' entries.

CrystalDisk reports zero errors or warnings on my 2-yo Seagate BarraCuda:

but I'm getting repeated "Disk can't write fast enough" errors:

and generally abysmal performance on this i7-6700 box that's essentially configured the same as 2 other identical boxes that perform fine with more cameras.

The New folder shows that each camera is generating a bunch of small files instead of one large one:'

and ATTO Disk Benchmark shows horrible speed:

I'm not seeing a slew of errors in Windows Event Viewer, at least not where I'm looking.

Any guesses as to the root cause of this? Or is there another place to look for disk errors?

Yeah, I will probably need to bring the box back to my house and do a bunch of swapping to figure out what's going on. The box that my son set up for my ex is also dead, and I just swapped out my personal box for a new one, so I will have 3 identical Optiplex 7040 boxes on my desk!

Yeah, but it's just the 256 GB boot drive, so I won't interact with it much. All the video is on a different, far slower, external drive box.

No, this is on a different BI box, my personal BI installation.

The troublesome box is one I set up for my parents.

The dead box is one my son set up for me ex.

I also have a box at work that's working fine.
