Is there a better general purpose camera than the 2018 HDW5831R?

I'm looking to buy a few more cameras. I have several HDW5831R's (along with many other types of Dahua's). About 16 in total. The most impressive general purpose camera I have seems to be this older HDW5831R model.
Great in the day and night. The image and video quality looks better to me than all of the other cameras I've tried.
The UI is slower than the new models but I don't use the UI very often.

Any recommendations for a general purpose camera that will be placed outdoors?

It will be worse at night than the camera I suggested.
It's on the same size sensor as the 4mp, so it will require much more light.
Don't chase megapixels.
