Is there a minimum time between line crossing alarms triggering emails?

I set up motion detection and line crossing on my cam.

When line crossing triggers a email is sent.

Is there a minimum time between line crossing alarms triggering emails?

I got a mail with line crossing alarm, 2 minutes afterwards I drove through the line too, not getting a second mail.

cam is a 2cd2142fw, 5.5.0

I think it's hit and miss with email alerts.

For instance, mail delivery crosses the line and I will see that email. he stands there for a bit then turns and leaves the property, no email sent.
My line crossing is set up for both directions, I turned off motion detection as that was sending way too many pictures to my FTP.
I will however have pictures of Intrusion Detection on my FTP.

It is almost like the camera can not process the emails quick enough.

No sure about the cameras, but the DVRs don't have any, I dozens of messages at certain times of the day (neighbors flag casts a shadow and its a windy day). I wish they did have an option to wait a few minutes before notifying again.
