Is there a way to export a zoomed in part of a video?

I have a garage camera recording footage and I want to export a selection of video to a .mp4 but I only want to export a zoomed in area of the footage. Can this be done in BI or can I only export the full screen video?

Not that I know of. You can export it and then post process with additional software what you need.
