Is this capable of running Blue Iris with 6/8 cheapy chinese cams

Iam new to forums and BI
Wondering if the below pc would run BI and 6 but maybe 8 2mp chinese cams (dedicated)

CPU: Intel Core i7 2nd 2600 Quad Core 3.4GHz (Max 3.8GHz)

Memory: 8GB DDR3 System Memory
HDD: 1TB Sata Hard Disk
Optical: DVDRW

Port:
1x Serial (COM) RS232 Port
10x USB 2.0 Port
1x VGA Port
1x Display port
(support 2 x monitors)
1x Audio in/out port

Windows 10 Professional 64bit

Iam guessing you are in USA and iam in Australia, over here the going price is anywhere between 200 to 250AU dollars i have been watching prices for around 8 weeks now

you dont need an i7 to run 8 2mp cameras...look for a more modern i5-4570/4590 likely at the same price.

I also would like to place it in a rack cabinet.
