Issue after Firmware Update

I have a CMIP3883W-SZ Motorized Zoom Turret 8 MP. After updating the Firmware to the most current version I am unable to use/activate the Zoom function on the camera. The manual focus button works with Blue Iris, but not the Zoom.

I have a second camera of this type that I also updated the firmware. It works normally.

I have removed and reinstalled the camera from Blue Iris with no effect. My Blue Iris settings are the same between each camera. The Zoom Button on Blue Iris is not grayed out, it just does not work

Any Suggestions?

After thinking about this, I reset the camera to factory Specifications, reset the IP address, then reloaded the newest firmware. The camera functions came back on-line and worked normally.,
