Issue with archiving, files not deleting

I have my "Alerts" folder set to only keep 1GB of files. Right now it has over 5GB. Any thoughts why this isn't working?

It appears you are calling it BI_Alerts so it will not adhere to your 1GB requirement. You will need to change it to simply Alerts.

Good catch! I have New named BI_New and it works, just assumed BI_Alerts would work as well. Thanks!

@wittaj After the change, it didn't delete alert files down to the 1 GB limit. I'll contact support and see what they say. Thanks

Latest release resolved my issue since it was DAT files that were failing to purge and causing me to be over my limit.
