Issue with newer ColorVu camera (now displaying in black and white)

I bought some DS-2CD2387G2H-LISU/SL cameras from Empire Tech recently. I've had them installed for months with no issues. Tonight, I noticed that one of the cameras is displaying in black and white. There's plenty of low light around and it usually has great color at night. I don't know if some setting accidentally got changed, but I compared to the other cameras and all settings look similar. I tried restarting it and that didn't help. Any ideas?
 
I believe, when there is no event occuring Hybrid cameras will rather stay with IR and turn on color and light when event happens.

There are three options IR only, LED Only, Hybrid.
 
Check the hybrid light option to see if that is turned on. If so then the camera won't switch to color mode until a detection method has triggered it to switch to color mode. The lighting mode can also be switched from the Hik-Connect app. Maybe it was manually switched to a different illumination type on there. Then there are the more technical issues points..... Is the IR on when it is black/white? If not then could be the IR filter is stuck in black/white mode but this would put camera in black/white mode during the day also. Not enough power going to the camera will also cause camera to not be in color. I would check the settings first before going through and troubleshooting the more technical issues as they are not common.
