Issue with NVR logs

I'm currently remote accessing a HIKVision DS-7616NI-E2/8P. When I go to the logs tab, I cannot see any logs based on the Remote Login and Remote Logout types.

Is there a reason why these would not be logged in the logs? I'm trying to figure out who all is logged in at a certain time to the NVR.

It may be that how well these are recorded varies with firmware version. (I'm speculating, but I do know that logging varies quite a bit across versions).
On my 7816N-E2 with 3.4.80 firmware, I do see listings under Major Type: Operation Minor Type Remote login / logout.
