I replaced my front drive cam with a DH-PTZ1B203UE recently. Its the chinese model but as i access it through blue iris i thought that wouldnt be an issue.
when trying to set up some presets for it the zoom works fine but once a preset is selected, the camera doesnt move. I know its registered that its been called to a preset because it shows something on the OSD and the zoom will go to whatever zoom level that preset has set, the camera just wont move. Ive thought of seeing if a firmware update fixes it but i cant find the firmware for this exact model.
Can i fix this at all? I dont know what to try with it.
Note, movement works fine manually, just not through presets.
This is what the OSD says for preset two. i cant read it.
The cameras version info page. S/N blocked out as it might be used for cloud access.
