Hi, unfortunately I don't know English and so I write through a translator.
If you select a video camera then I go to the PTZ / Control - Edit Presets tab and select a preset and go to ON CALL I find a tab that is the same as the Allert, this card works fine except sending video via email. Photos are sent but videos are not sent. I tried in various ways but sent the email without the video. I add that in the real Allert sheet I can send video via email. I wrote to the support email hoping that they understand through the translator or I hope someone here who understands what I mean can report the bug much better than I can.
