Can you share your settings on the camera - shutter, gain, etc.?

shutter 1/30, gain 100, bright contrast saturation sharpen all on 50,l noise reduction 50,l digital noise normal, video quality highest, frame rate 10, smoothing 50,. Its all default other than I set video qulity highest, turned led off and changed frame rate to 10
