I'm trying to connect a wifi doorbell (standard IP camera) to the iVMS-4200 software. When I ask it to look for online cameras, the software properly identifies the camera. However, when I go to live view, I get an error code 413 (failed to get stream.) What is really strange is that if I just take a photo with the photo button, I can take a live snapshot of the camera and see it in a .jpg file. So, the connection is there, but I know some setting is wrong.
Any help would be appreciated...
