During playback I'm getting a hcnetsdk.dll error code 800. The video goes black. The player continues to function, meaning the time continues to roll, if there are other cameras playing in the view, they will continue to display normally. This may be happening when the file ends. Like it can't start the new clip? It worked fine when I first installed iVMS. If I fiddle with the controls, I can get the video to resume, but something isn't quite right.
If it matters, I was using synchronous playback mode.
Also, is there a iVMS log file somewhere that records the dll errors? I see client/server log files, but they only seem to log user activity.
