Solved: iVMS-4200 v.2.5.0.5 Windows 10 does not show cameras on the main view
I hope this is the right sub-forum.
I had previously the iVMS 2.4 version running well. Then I upgraded to Windows 10 and also upgraded the video card from NVidia 680GTX to 770.
The program can see the Hikvision DS-9016HQHI-SH and I can go into remote Config and look at the camera output under Image-Image Settings but the video output does not show up on the Main View.
Firmware version: 3.1.8 build 150821
I am stumped.

Update: after uninstalling iVMS and reinstalling, it shows the cameras and I am back in business.
