Unfortunately you were mistaken.
This is just a friendly kick for Hikvision, and it also shows that everything is possible. ;)
As for advertising, nobody forbids you to make any decisions and put them out.
Do at least something, and do not throw accusations against the humble researcher. ;)

On his forum no one gives out a right this solution. His post is only a motivation for everyone to act, and not only use other people's labor for their selfish purposes.
