I tried that this is what happens that didn't fix the issue. If I log into nvr by IP address image is good and as lo from the nvr to Tv is perfect.

Not sure what that is I reinstalled it and same thing so if it's not set on by factory then no

Try changing the resolution of ur PC screen

Just lower it to 1920x1080 and watch what happens

What you mean with latest version? I use for example 2.6.1.6 build 20170426

Check these settings in the systems configuration. Try to uncheck....

I upgraded to that version and had no veiwable camera in its appropriate view I would slide any camera over to single screen and sat there black I could see alerts on the tool bar went back to my original version everything worked ok I have windows 10 64 bit so not sure about that version something not quite right and all for a doorbell and intercom and heat map im staying away

Im sorry that you experienced that. But again please told me your Version that is working fine on your side. And did you try to uncheck these options ? They should be there since couple versions...

For these settings i mentioned you have to click on the image tab in the system configuration. the screenshot you did was from the general tab
