IVMS 4500 Time Out Problem

I can access my Hikvision DVR from outside network with internet explorer and able to watch my 3 analog hd cameras. However, when I try to access through IVMS 4500 app gives timed out error, any ideas?

I'm using HTTP port 80, Server port 8000, RTSP port 554, have static IP and Vodafone R216 4G modem.
I did port forwarding to 80, I think all values seems OK because I can watch my cameras through IE.

Hi i want yo reset hikvision dvr password

I changed the password from DVR menu and tried to connect via IVMS 4500, still getting connection timed out error.
