ivms can view within network but not remotely or outside using mobile or other network

Hi! I can view my dvr or cctv when connected to the same wifi as my cctv. But i cannot connect when using my public ip or using other netork. Please help me. I need to view my cctv remotely. Thank you.

The default gateway on your NVR/DVR is not set on the same segment as the NIC.

NIC=Network Interface Card - the ethernet port of the camera/NVR, as per your first screenshot.
You appear to have the Default gateway set to 192.168.0.1 which is incompatible with the IP address of 192.168.1.135 and the subnet mask of 255.255.255.0

Alastair is correct.

Try changing the XXX in 192.168.XXX.BlahBlah to the same number. Once you have done that, make sure the .BlahBlah part is different for each device.
