IVMS stream type unsupported through 3G

Hi all,

I have a few hickvision cameras all different connected to a hikvision NVR. ( Sorry don't know the model numbers as they are all different)

I added my NVR to the ivms app using the QR code and it's setup using hik-connect.

All the cams are h.264. Only 2 out of my 8 cameras show a stream the rest show 'this stream type is unsupported'

Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem could be ?

What is the resolution and frame rate of the cameras? Are you using the sub stream(fluent) when using the app?
