we had an Hikvision 3 dome camera system in 2015 professionally installed.
We are novice and don’t have much idea why our app has stopped working.
I read somewhere that Hikvision have changed some things but what about their customers who have no idea how to rectify the issues now.
We cannot remotely connect to our system now away from home, ( that is why we had a system fitted)
