Hallo,
i installed a NVR DS7604 together with 4 pre installed AXIS IPCs.
On my iPhone i can see all of the 4 IPCs in LiveView but the costumer can only see 3 of 4 IPCs on his iPhone.
But on his iPad he can see all 4 IPCs
His iPhone7 has the newest OS and the newest iVMS4500.
Do you have any suggestions?
