jpeg snapshot with sequential filenames

Hey guys;

I was wanting to create a timelapse by using the jpeg snapshot feature in a camera's record tab.

I was wondering if there was a way of numerically sequencing the snapshot's instead of the default camera name with date, and time file format? (currently set to default: &CAM.%Y%m%d_%H%M%S%t)

For example snapshot1, snapshot2, snapshot3, etc.

See page 85 of the user manual for information on file naming for best results.
You could use another tool to watch the folder where the jpg's are being saved and as they are created, have that other tool copy the images to a new folder and rename them sequentially.
