I ordered the cameras on a Sunday night and had them in hand the following Friday to North Carolina from China.

For one of them I had to do a hard reset, initialize, and change the password before it would come online but it seems that might be the norm now with the Dahua cams.

I have a similar story. Ordered a camera from Andy on Thursday Feb 8, it arrived yesterday Tuesday Feb 13. Thank you Andy.
