Hi,

The last couple of weeks my Surface 3 started rebooting a couple of times a day. I know I shouldn't be using this for my server, an i7 is on my wish list. I don't think my Surface has gotten too hot, I typically run Blue Iris and Tools and two cams at under 25% CPU usage. Four cams bring it up to maybe 35%. I actually did a Windows reset last weekend that didn't seem to help. Then I went to power management and disabled the power off button because it's mentioned in the error log. I'm running BI D2D on all cams and using Intel HW acceleration about 5fps at 1280x720.

I found this but it just made me more confused. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2028504

I plan on switching BI to my backup (old) computer this weekend to see if the Surface still does it without BI and Tools running.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

I went back to Windows 8.1 and the problem seems to have gone away.....Time will tell.
