Laptop Camera and Blue Iris

New to all of this. Tried to search the forum but I really don't even know what search terms to consider. I want to have blue Iris using my laptops built in camera. When I try to add a camera, it doesn't find it and I don't have a clue as to what settings to use. Can someone point me to a good link for help?

Under the video tab, you need to select usb as the device tab, then select the proper camera. You should not be selecting ip network camera.
