large project 1200 ip cams need advice

I am a reseller and wholesaler of cctv products on Guam.
I have recently been approached by a developer who wants to install IP cams in every home they are building.

Good news to me but I have never dealt with anything more than a 48 cam system.

Who makes ip products that can handle that many cams ?

anybody out there you guys recommend ?

I want to supply these guys. Its a Big Project.

They want all the cams feeding back to one central location? Are they aware of just how incredibly much bandwidth that is going to take? They'd practically have to install dedicated fiber optic lines out to each house, just for the video feeds.
