does anyone know this feature (malfunction of the LED status indicator) of the Lupus model Lupustec-LE821HDV2 video recorder (Dahua branding)?
I would like to note that the recorder is working normally. All the functions of the recorder are there. It's just this “strange” flashing. The LEDs flash all the time.
The distributor's support claims that they have never seen anything like it and wants me to reset the recorder completely to factory settings. It's very inconvenient for me because the device is installed very far away and all has to be completely reconfigured, plus there is a certain risk that the device may not work after the reset.
