Less Than Expected Days of Storage

I'm getting far less days of storage than expected from 8 cams onto a 14TB drive. I've attached a photo of my storage settings, which I acknowledge I could be misinterpreting. Currently I have footage back to 29 October, with the BI status bar reporting "Clips: 521 items, 1.58T / 11.73T".

Windows reports my data drive as 11.1TB free of 12.7TB, so I haven't reached wrap yet.

I've had a few goes at changing the settings to improve the period I have footage for, but I clearly need some help as something isn't getting through to me.

If your moving the recorded " footage" to " Stored", and Stored is also on the S:\ Drive you will run short of space.

I don't use " Stored" for much other than to save a reviewed clip of interest.....Don't try and store everything after it been written to " New" already....
have 2 drives capturing footage. one is an 8TB (X:\) and the other is (D:\) being allocated 1250 GB of storage. But D is actually a " catch all" 8TB drive for other things. I have " Stored" some old CCTV images and videos there. with Persons of interest and such.
Im getting about 3.75- 4 weeks of recording with 10 cams.
